Preparing your entry

Entry &
Submission

What information should I include in my submission?

Your submission should clearly explain the achievement, its objectives, how it was developed or implemented, and the positive impact it created. Where possible, include measurable results, supporting data, or other relevant evidence that helps demonstrate the significance and effectiveness of the achievement.

How do I choose the most suitable category for my entry?

Select the category that most closely reflects the primary purpose, achievement, or area of impact represented by your submission. Review the category descriptions and subcategories carefully before submitting to identify the most relevant fit.

What kind of evidence should I provide to support my entry?

Supporting evidence should help demonstrate the results and positive impact of your achievement. This may include relevant data, performance results, research findings, testimonials, case results, reports, or other supporting materials that provide clear evidence of the outcomes described in your submission.

Should my submission be written specifically for the category I select?

Yes. Your submission should focus on the aspects of the achievement that are most relevant to the selected category. Clearly explaining the challenge, approach, implementation, results, and measurable impact will help the judges understand the strength and relevance of your achievement.

What happens after my entry is submitted?

Eligible submissions proceed through the Noble Impact Awards evaluation process. Entries first undergo an eligibility review, followed by independent blind judging, score compilation, and the official results announcement.

Can I edit my entry after submission?

Yes. Once payment has been completed, you may return to your account to review and edit your entry before the applicable submission deadline.

Deadlines, Fees

What currency are entry fees charged in, and what payment methods are accepted?

All entry fees are charged in USD. Payments may be made using Credit Card or PayPal.

Which entry fee applies to my submission?

The applicable fee is based on the entry period in effect when your submission and payment are completed. Entries completed during earlier periods may qualify for preferred rates, while later entry periods may have higher fees.

Is the entry fee charged per submission?

Entry fees are charged per submission. If the same achievement is entered into additional categories, the applicable entry fee will apply to each additional submission.

Are entry fees refundable?

Entry fees are non-refundable once a submission and payment have been completed. Entrants are encouraged to review their entry details, category selection, and submission materials carefully before completing payment.

Understanding the evaluation

Judging &
Results

What does blind judging mean for my entry?

Blind judging helps maintain a fair and impartial evaluation process. Judges assess each submission independently and solely on the information provided, without influence from popularity, organization size, or geographic location.

Is my entry compared directly with other submissions?

No. Each entry is assessed on its own merits according to the Noble Impact Awards judging criteria. Recognition is based on the quality and impact demonstrated by the individual submission rather than on ranking entries against one another.

How are judging scores converted into award levels?

Entries are evaluated on a 100-point scale. The current award thresholds are:

Award levels and points
Award levelPoints
Platinum Winner85–100
Gold Winner75–84
Silver Winner65–74

Entries receiving an average score below 65 are not awarded.

Can there be more than one winner in the same category?

Yes. Recognition is based on merit rather than a fixed number of winners. A category may therefore have multiple winners or, if no submission meets the required standard, no winner at all.

How does Noble handle conflicts of interest during judging?

Jurors are required to follow the Noble Impact Awards' confidentiality and conflict-of-interest requirements. A juror will not evaluate an entry in which they have involvement, helping maintain the independence and integrity of the judging process.

When and how will I be notified of the results?

Results will be announced on April 16, 2027 through the official Noble Impact Awards platform following the completion of judging. Entrants will also receive an official notification via their registered email address. All registered entrants may then log in to their account to view the winning entries.

How do I place an order for official winner items?

Verified winners can log in to their Noble Impact Awards account and access the Official Winner Resource Page. Select the item you wish to purchase, confirm the personalization and delivery information, and complete the secure online payment process.

When will I receive tracking information for my order?

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Please allow 6–12 weeks for statuette orders, with possible delays during peak periods.

Please record a video while opening the package, including all enclosed certificates and documents. This may be required for any damage or replacement claim.

What should I check before completing my order?

Before payment, carefully review all personalization details, award information, quantities, and the delivery address associated with your order. Personalized winner items are produced using the information confirmed during the ordering process.

What should I do if I entered incorrect personalization or shipping information?

Please contact the Noble Impact Awards support team as soon as possible and provide your order details together with the requested correction.

Changes may depend on the production or shipping status of the order and cannot be guaranteed once production or dispatch has begun.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or contains incorrect information?

Please contact the Noble Impact Awards support team with your order details and a clear description of the issue to info@nobleimpactawards.com.

Where applicable, include photographs showing the damaged item, packaging, or incorrect personalization so the team can review the matter and advise on the appropriate next steps.
