Terms and Conditions
The Noble Impact Awards assumes that all entries are submitted by individuals or organizations that own the submission or have obtained the appropriate permission and authority to enter the achievement, initiative, project, campaign, innovation, organization, or other work represented in the submission.
Entrants are responsible for ensuring that all information, materials, images, documents, data, testimonials, and supporting evidence submitted are accurate and that they possess the necessary rights and permissions for their use. In the event that an entrant submits materials without the appropriate rights or authorization, the entry may be deemed ineligible.
The Noble Impact Awards and the International Awards Associate (IAA) shall not be liable for any copyright, intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights infringement arising from materials submitted by an entrant.
Submission of an entry acknowledges the right of the Noble Impact Awards to use submitted materials for judging, exhibition, publication, promotional, editorial, archival, and awards-related purposes across its websites, newsletters, social media channels, media partners, and other communications. Submitted work may remain private upon written request from the entrant, subject to any materials required for the administration and judging of the competition.
Timely submission of an entry that meets the eligibility requirements, together with payment of the applicable entry fees, ensures that the submission will be reviewed and considered for recognition. No representation or warranty is made by the Noble Impact Awards concerning the outcome of any entry, and all implied warranties are expressly disclaimed.
If an entry receives recognition, the manner, timing, format, and details of announcing or publicizing such recognition shall remain at the discretion of the Noble Impact Awards. Entrants acknowledge that awards, winners, and distinctions may not necessarily be announced or publicized in the same manner or format.
Submission
Entries must accurately represent the achievement, initiative, project, organization, leadership contribution, innovation, campaign, or impact submitted.
Entrants may be required to provide supporting evidence, such as data, reports, research, testimonials, records, or other documentation verifying the achievement and its impact.
All claims, statistics, results, and supporting information must be accurate and reasonably verifiable.
Non-English materials must include an English translation where required for judging.
Entries may be submitted to multiple categories, with each treated as a separate submission and subject to the applicable fee.
The Noble Impact Awards reserves the right to re-categorize entries where appropriate.
Entries are judged independently on their own merits and are not ranked against one another.
Categories may have multiple winners or no winner if the required judging standards are not met.
The Noble Impact Awards may request additional information or evidence to verify eligibility or substantiate claims.
Order Processing and Quality Assurance
The Noble Impact Awards is committed to processing official winner orders with care and maintaining appropriate quality standards for statuettes, certificates, and other recognition materials.
Every official winner item is prepared to commemorate achievements recognized by the Noble Impact Awards. Entrants and winners are responsible for reviewing all personalization details, quantities, shipping information, and other order information carefully before completing payment.
Production and delivery timelines may vary depending on the item ordered, production schedules, destination, and international shipping conditions.
Refund Policy
Entry fees are non-refundable once a submission and payment have been completed.
For merchandise and official winner items, refunds will generally not be issued once the merchandise has been received, except where the Noble Impact Awards determines that an appropriate remedy is warranted in circumstances such as:
The item received is damaged.
An item included in the confirmed order is missing from the shipment.
The item received contains an error attributable to the Noble Impact Awards or its authorized production partner.
Refunds will not normally be provided for reasons including change of mind, incorrect order placement by the purchaser, denial of purchase, incorrect personalization details supplied by the purchaser, or a request to return merchandise that was produced according to the confirmed order information.
If an item arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact the Noble Impact Awards support team at info@nobleimpactawards.com as soon as possible.
Where applicable, entrants or winners may be requested to provide photographs, video recordings, packaging images, shipping documents, or other supporting evidence to assist with the review of the claim.
All order and shipment concerns will be reviewed by the Noble Impact Awards team before any replacement, refund, or other resolution is approved. The final resolution will be determined by the Noble Impact Awards based on the circumstances and available supporting information.
Customs duties, import taxes, and other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not controlled by the Noble Impact Awards.
Your Permissions, Rights, and Our Use of Uploaded Content
We respect your ownership of the content you submit. You retain ownership of the content and materials you provide through the Noble Impact Awards platform.

Where an entrant wishes for submitted materials to remain private, a written request may be submitted to the Noble Impact Awards. Such requests will be considered subject to the operational requirements of administering and judging the competition.

While the Noble Impact Awards and its designated representatives may review information submitted in relation to an infringement claim and determine how the awards platform should respond, they are not responsible for determining the legal merits of competing intellectual property claims.
If an entrant responds to an infringement claim by providing assurances that submitted content does not infringe the rights of another party, and the Noble Impact Awards subsequently restores or maintains that content, the entrant agrees to remain responsible for the representations provided and for any resulting claims relating to that content.
